About WMAM and ISWA YPG
The Young Professionals Group (YPG)- Malaysia Regional Chapter was established by young enthusiastic professionals from Waste Management Association of Malaysia (WMAM) and young researchers from Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT) in November 2017, and officially launched on the 29th of January 2018.It aims at bringing together young professionals and researchers to address the current challenges in the waste management sector and bring innovative ideas and initiatives to improve waste and resource management practices in Malaysia. In addition, the YPG Malaysia ,through networking, discussions, and community engagement, aims to produce young professional leaders in the waste management sector in Malaysia to be part of the global drive of change in this field.
